Mansory Announces Full Details on BMW 7-Series Tune, Available with up to 640HP

In the beginning of March, we told you about the BMW 7-Series tune being prepared by the Swiss arm of Mansory. Today, the company came out with all the juicy details including the available performance modifications for the Bavarian automaker’s flagship saloon.

Mansory treats both the 750i and 760iL with an engine kit that consists of an optimised ECU combined with a sports air filter and a custom exhaust system that includes a set of bespoke rectangular end pipes. With this package, the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine of the 750i delivers 490HP and 720 Nm of peak torque, up from 407HP and 600Nm respectively.

GM Renames Camaro to 'Ke Mai Luo' in China, Priced from $76,400!

At next month’s Auto Shanghai in China, General Motors will launch the local market version of its flamboyant pony car, the latest generation of the Chevrolet Camaro - but with a twist; it will carry a different name in China. “The Camaro will have a sonorous Chinese name — 科迈罗 (Ke Mai Luo),” said GM in a statement today without giving any further explanations. And yes, just for the fun of it, we tried Google translate but nothing interesting came other than this (if you separate the words): ‘Section Main Luo.’

Mercedes wants us to think the C63 AMG Coupe is Faster than a Ducati 848 EVO

The freshly revealed Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe is featured in two promotional videos released by the company. The first footage shows the AMG coupe taking on a Ducati 848 EVO motorbike on some scenic twisty roads. The winner of the duel isn't hard to guess - after all, this is a promotional video for the C63 AMG - but one can't help but wondering if the Merc could stand a chance in front of the Italian superbike if the race hadn't been a friendly one (or at least if the two vehicles would have taken the same route).

Hamann Motorsports Accessorizes New BMW 6-Series

Life goes on for Hamann Motorsports after the death of its founder last week as the German tuning house has introduced its first set of accessories for the new BMW 6-Series Coupe and Convertible models. Hamann did not accompany the photos with a press release so we’re still short on details, but the pictures reveal several new alloy wheel designs as well as a new four-pipe exhaust system. Mercedes-Benz to Debut Updated 2012 C63 AMG Estate F1 Medical Car at Australian Grand Prix

At this weekend’s Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne (March 25-27), Mercedes-Benz will debut its revised 2012 C63 AMG Estate Official F1 Medical Car. The German station wagon has been used in Formula 1 for the past three seasons, but in 2011 it will appear in its facelifted form with a refreshed design and updated technology that includes the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed transmission.

New Aston Martin Virage gets its Video Debut

Aston Martin released the first official video of its new model series, the Virage. Available as a coupe or convertible, the latter called Volante, this new GT model fills the gap between the DB9 and the more exclusive DBS. Even though it's largely an upgraded DB9 (both esthetically and technically), the 497HP Virage is still impressive, especially when seen in action, blasting through winding mountain roads as it does in the video. VIDEO: Top Gear China 15-Minute Pilot Episode Hits the Web, Includes Cadillac vs…Donkey Comparo

We’ve already told you about Top Gear’s plans to export the franchise to China, but today we stumbled upon what is claimed to be the first 15-minute long pilot episode of the TV series. China’s version of the famous car show keeps the familiar format with three male hosts and includes an oddball test where a Cadillac STS is compared to a donkey to see which is better suited to millstone work. If you follow the jump, you can watch the full video while we’ve also added a second clip that contains some English subtitles, though there’s no way of being sure about its accuracy.
